Fees and Insurance

Piedmont Orthopaedic Associates accepts assignment for Medicare and other commercial insurance carriers. We do not participate with Medicaid primary or secondary insurance.

 

Patients are required to call our office to confirm our participation with their particular carrier. It is the responsibility of the patient to ensure that all necessary authorizations or referrals are in place prior to their first visit. All co-pays, co-insurance and deductible payments are to be paid at the time of service. Piedmont Orthopaedic Associates does not accept third party liability cases.
